Making My Way With Montessori - Post #4
Good Evening Everyone!
I am so happy that summer vacation is almost here. I am not a fan of the heat but I am a super fan of the no work ;) I love getting out of my rhythm and having a change in pace. I believe that it is quite necessary to keep your mind awake and to challenge yourself. I usually create a whole new schedule for the summer and I will make sure to follow it with incentives for the first week or so to make sure my body is able to easily handle the change in rhythm.
Also, The MMC is now offering Virtual Tours !!!!!! Call 248-851-9695 and book yours today.
As usual if you have any questions or comments, put them down below and we will answer them in our next post :) Bye!
Activities of the Week:
Write a review of a movie you saw. Tell the basic idea and what you liked about it. What didn’t you like about it?
Write letters to your friends and relatives.
Be a book reviewer for Scholastic News. Pick a book that you've read recently and write a short summary (about 100 words). Introduce the main character and briefly describe the plot. Don't give away the ending! Explain why you liked the book and why you think other kids might enjoy reading it. Is it an important book? What is something interesting you learned from it? Is it funny, sad, happy, exciting, or a combination of these? When you are done, mail it to: Scholastic News, 557 Broadway 4th Floor, New York, NY 10012.
